To qualify as a Totality wholesale client, you must meet one of the following criteria:
Asset test
Hold net assets of at least AUD 2.5 million, or...
Income test
Earn more than AUD 250,000 in gross income in each of the past two financial years.
Validate
To validate your eligibility, provide an accountant’s certificate confirming that you meet the wholesale investor requirements.

- ASIC leverage restrictions on CFDs and FX that apply to retail clients do not apply to wholesale clients.
- Wholesale accounts are not subject to automatic close-outs when balances turn negative.
- Client funds are held in segregated trust accounts*. This feature is also available to retail clients.
- Reduce conversion costs and manage international positions more efficiently. Also available to retail clients*.
- Use eligible stock positions as collateral for margin trading. Also applicable to retail clients*.
- Margin close-out acts as a circuit breaker to protect CFD positions. Losses can exceed investment for wholesale clients*.

Protections not available to wholesale clients
- Wholesale clients are not covered by negative balance protection. If a trading position results in a negative balance, the account may remain negative, and losses can exceed deposits.
- Wholesale clients do not receive retail disclosure documents and are not covered under AFCA protections.
