Joint accounts are exclusively available to direct family members, including spouses, siblings, and parents with their children.
Please be aware, both applicants must be at least 18 years old to apply for an account.
A joint account can only be opened between two direct family members.
Current positions cannot be transferred to joint accounts.
Both parties can deposit into the joint account.
Both parties can withdraw from a joint account.
You can transfer your existing stock portfolio to Totality after you have opened a Totality account. The stocks are owned (registered) by exactly the same party/name as the one on the Totality account.
Log in to the platform, go to the ‘Account’ section, select ‘Deposits and Transfers’ and then ‘Portfolio Transfer’.
