Bank Statement Requirements for linking and payment

For account linking and payment verification purposes, an official bank statement must meet the following criteria:

1. Issued by the financial institution
2. Displays the account holder’s full name
3. Shows the full and complete account number details
4. Includes the financial institutions name and logo
5. Issued within 3 months of the date Totality requests it from the client
6. Provided in its original format from the financial institution (PDF or official electronic statement download)
7. No redactions

Documents that do not meet the above criteria will not be accepted for bank account linking and payment/bank verification. This applies without exception.
