Can I give someone else access to my Totality account?

Granting Account Access Through Authorisation

You can grant access to your account by authorising another person. Once granted, they will receive a separate login ID to access your account.

What is a Letter of Authorisation (LoA)?

A Letter of Authorisation (LoA) allows an account holder to grant a designated person access to their account, enabling them to perform certain actions such as trading.

Who Can Receive an LoA?

An LoA may be granted to:

  • Spouse
  • Parents
  • Siblings
  • Adult Children (must have reached legal adulthood)
  • Financial Adviser or Accountant

Please note that this process is intended for individual access only—it does not authorise a company or organisation to access your account.
