How do I register a new bank account for my withdrawal?

Clients are required to send a bank statement to help@totality.com which is not older than 3 months.

· Issued directly by the financial institution

· Display the account holder’s full name, matching the name on the Totality trading account

· Show the full account number details

· Include the financial institution’s name and logo

· Be issued within three months of the date requested by Totality

· Be provided in its original format (PDF or official electronic statement download)

· Contain no redactions or alterations

Third-Party bank accounts are not accepted

Totality does not send funds to any 3rd party. Totality will only accept and register bank accounts to a Totality account with the same name registered with Totality. This rule applies to all account types (Individual, Joints, Corporates, SMSFs, Trusts).

Totality Individual Accounts: Bank accounts held in the individual's name can be accepted and registered.

Totality Joint Accounts: Bank accounts held by the same joint account holders as the Totality joint holders can be accepted and registered. Bank accounts held by only one of the joint account holders will not accepted.

Totality SMSF Accounts: Bank accounts belonging to the SMSF can be accepted and registered. The bank account must reflect the same SMSF and trustee structure recorded during onboarding. For SMSFs with a corporate trustee, the bank account name should include the corporate trustee and the SMSF name.

Totality Trust Accounts: Bank account belonging to the trust can be accepted and registered.

Totality Corporate Accounts: Bank accounts held in the name of the corporate entity can be accepted and registered.
