What is an Option Chain?

An option chain displays all available options for a specific underlying asset, including call and put options, strike prices, expiration dates, premiums, bid/ask prices, open interest, volume, and implied volatility.

How to View the Option Chain

Available on: Totality Edge and Apex

• Select an instrument (e.g., a stock or FX pair)
• Click "Option Chain" to open the option chain for the chosen asset

• Open the Option Chain feature first
• Use the instrument search bar to find the underlying asset

How to Trade from the Option Chain

Once you've found the option you'd like to trade:

• Click on the Bid or Ask price for either the call or put option
• A trade ticket will appear
• Modify the order parameters as needed
• Click "Place order" to execute the trade
