How to Authorise a Class Data Feed

To have your Totality trading data sent to Class, you must complete the ‘Authorisation to Disclose Account Information’ form.

This form authorises Totality to legally share your account data with Class.

Step 1 – Complete your client details

Please enter the following details exactly as they appear on your Totality account:

• Client Name

• Totality ID (account number)
• Address
• Email address

Step 2 – Enter Class (Receiving Party) details

In the“Receiving Party” section, enter:

• Entity Name
• Address
• ABN
• Email address

Step 3 – Sign the form

Sign and date the form as required:

• Individual account – the individual account holder is required to  sign
• Joint account – both account holders are required to sign
• Company or SMSF trustee – authorised signatories must be signed in accordance with the account mandate

Unsigned or incomplete forms cannot be processed.

Step 4 –Submit the form

Email the completed form to: enquiries@totality.com.au

Subject line: Class Data Feed Authorisation – [Client Name / Totality ID]

Processing typically takes 3–5 business days.
