How to authorise and connect to a third-party reporting entity

If you would like your Totality trading data shared with a third-party reporting platform such as Class, BGL, or eSuperfund, you must complete an Authorisation to disclose account information form.

This form authorises Totality to legally disclose your account information to your nominated reporting entity for reporting and administration purposes.

Step 1: Complete the authorisation form

Download and complete the Authorisation to disclose account information form.

Step 2: Ensure signature requirements are met

In order for the form to be reviewed, the following signature requirements must be met:

  • Wet-ink signatures or;
  • Electronic signatures that include a signing certificate  

NB (please note for electronic signatures to be accepted, this must be via Docusign or Adobe Sign that includes client’s email address on signing certificates)

Who must sign?

The authorisation form must be signed by the appropriate account holder(s) or authorised representative(s) based on the account structure below:

  • Individual Account: Individual account holder
  • Joint Account: All account holders
  • Company Account: Authorised signatory/signatories in accordance with the account mandate
  • Trust – Individual Trustee: All trustees
  • Trust – Corporate Trustee: Director(s) of the corporate trustee
  • SMSF – Individual Trustees: All trustees (members)
  • SMSF – Corporate Trustee: Director(s) of the corporate trustee

Step 3: Submit the completed form to the Totality help desk

The completed form must be submitted to help@totality.com.au using one of the following methods:

  • Sent from the client's registered email address; or
  • Sent by the nominated reporting entity with the client's registered email address copied (CC'd) into the email;  

Please ensure the email includes:

  • Subject Line: Third-Party Data Feed Authorisation – [Client Name / Totality ID]
  • Email Body: Entity name, Totality ID (account number), residential or registered address

What happens next?

Once your request has been verified and approved, Totality will establish the data feed authorisation with your nominated reporting entity. Please allow 3-4 business days for your request to be reviewed and processed.

After account setup has been completed, your authorised reporting provider will be able to receive your Totality trading data for reporting and administration purposes.
