How to change the automatic logout time for Totality Core and Edge

If you wish to adjust how long your session remains active before being automatically logged out, Totality offers a setting to control this for both Core and Edge platforms.

This feature helps ensure your account remains secure by automatically ending inactive sessions after a set period. Below are the steps to change the automatic logout time for each platform.

How to change the automatic logout time for Totality Core

Step 1) Login to Totality Core.

Step 2) Click the drop down arrow next to your account name at the top right of the screen and select 'User Preferences'.

Step 3) Scroll down the page to "Auto Timeout Preferences". Click the box that has the designated time shown. A drop down box will appear. Select the new auto timeout preference and click "Update".

How to change the automatic logout time for Totality Edge

Step 1) Login to Totality Edge.

Step 2) Click the "profile icon" on the top right of the platform.

Step 3) From the drop down box, select "Platform settings".

Step 4) Click "Login & System Info" followed by clicking on the drop down box of "Automatic Logout".

Step 5) Select a new time. Your preferences will be Automatically saved.
