How to change the automatic logout time for the Totality web platform and app

If you wish to adjust how long your session remains active before being automatically logged out, Totality offers a setting to control this.

How to change the automatic logout time for the Totality mobile app and web platform

1) Log in.

2) Click the drop down arrow next to your account name at the top right of the screen and select 'User Preferences'.

3) Scroll down the page to "Auto Timeout Preferences". Click the box that has the designated time shown. A drop down box will appear. Select the new auto timeout preference and click "Update".

How to change the automatic logout time for the Edge trading environment (opens in separate tab)

1) Click the "profile icon" on the top right of the platform.

2) From the drop down box, select "Platform settings".

3) Click "Login & System Info" followed by clicking on the drop down box of "Automatic Logout". Select a new time for automatic logout.
