Before requesting to close your account with Totality, please ensure the following actions have been completed:
- Cancel all open orders, if any.
- Close all open positions (trades).
- Withdraw any remaining cash by logging into Totality Core and selecting Transfer Funds or Withdraw to send funds to your registered bank account.
- Download any required account or trading reports for your records.
Once the above steps are completed, please follow the below steps to initiate the account closure process:
- Log in to Totality Core
- Navigate to: Support Centre > Support > New Support Request
- Submit a new request to close your account

How do I close one of my sub-accounts?
Before requesting to close your account with Totality, please ensure the following actions have been completed:

- Download any required account or trading reports for your records.
To close your sub-account, there should be no open positions, orders, outstanding corporate actions and cash balance.
