How to close your Totality account

Before requesting to close your account with Totality, please ensure the following actions have been completed:

1. Cancel all open orders, if any.
2. Close all open positions (trades).
3. Withdraw any remaining cash by logging into Totality Core and selecting Transfer Funds or Withdraw to send funds to your registered bank account.
4. Download any required account or trading reports for your records.

Once the above steps are completed, please follow the below steps to initiate the account closure process:

• Log in to  the Totality mobile app or web platform
• Navigate to the 'Support Centre'
• Submit a 'new request' to close your account.

How do I close one of my sub currency accounts?

Before requesting to close your account with Totality, please ensure the following actions have been completed:

1. Cancel all open orders, if any.
2. Close all open positions (trades).
3. Withdraw any remaining cash by logging into Totality Core and selecting Transfer Funds or Withdraw to send funds to your registered bank account.
4. Download any required account or trading reports for your records.

To close your sub-account, there should be no open positions, orders, outstanding corporate actions and cash balance.

Once the above steps are completed, please follow the below steps to initiate the sub account closure process:

• Log in to  the Totality mobile app or web platform
• Navigate to the 'Support Centre'
• Submit a 'new request' to close your account.
