How to complete an employee share scheme transfer (SRN Transfer)

This guide provides instructions on how to transfer shares acquired through an Employee Share Scheme (ESS) into your Totality account.

Please note SRNs are specific to the Australian share market.

Step 1: Download and complete the following forms:

Form 1: Off Market Transfer Form'

Form 2: 'Transfer Template'

Step 2: Gather supporting documents

Please ensure you have copies of the following supporting documents:

1: A letter from the employer/ share scheme confirming the incentive scheme.

2: The latest holding statement (that shows the full SRN number).

3: A copy of your ID.

Step 3: Submit Your Transfer Request
