I just opened a Totality account. Why can’t I view or trade Australian shares? 

This may be because you have opened a HIN account with Totality, and we are still waiting for the HIN number from CHESS.

It typically takes 3-5 working days for us to receive the HIN number after your account is opened. If it’s been more than five working days and you still cannot see or trade Australian shares, please contact us.
