This message can be triggered by several factors. The most common reason is that your account may have restrictions on funding or trading due to an unresolved case related to updating your account information.

What you can do:

Check whether you have received any notifications from Totality regarding the need to update your personal or account details. Notifications may have been sent via email or displayed directly on the platform.
