What is NOCT, and what does it mean?

NOCT is an abbreviation of Not Online Client Tradable. Instruments are set to NOCT when they are temporarily removed from the trading platform or if they are found to be ineligible for online trading. In order to sell positions that are NOCT, you must phone in Totality and Totality will try to close a position for you.
