What is the CFD exposure limit?

The CFD exposure limit is a restriction that sets a maximum cap of the CFD positions you can hold. This means you cannot place orders that would cause your position to exceed this limit.

You can view the exposure limit for a CFD by navigating to Trading Conditions > Click the Info icon > Select Instrument > Under the Instrument details, you will find the Exposure Limit.

The exposure limit is set by Totality’s Risk Management department and is based on factors such as the CFD rating, stock liquidity, volatility, and other market conditions.

If the CFD exposure limit is adjusted, existing client positions will remain unaffected. However, all future trades and positions must comply with the updated exposure limits.
