What should I do if I’m unable to submit my portfolio transfer request?

The error occurs in the stock transfer module because the program requires using full stops (.) to indicate decimal points in share prices. However, at the confirmation window, prices are displayed with commas (,), causing the submission to fail with the error: “The rate is invalid for the shares.”

This issue can be resolved by changing your regional settings:
Go to Main Menu > Platform Settings > Language and set the format to English. This prevents regional settings from automatically converting full stops into commas.
