Why are some products unavailable to me on the platform?

If you believe you are missing access to some products/instruments in the Totality platform, please first make sure they are enabled on the platform by going to the Main menu > Platform Settings > Trading Products.

If they are toggled off, select the products you would like to access and click Enable.  

Please note that if you are unable to enable certain trading products in the platform, it may be related to your Client Appropriateness Test status.
