Why can’t I find the Totality Core app on the App Store or Play Store?

There may be three reasons you cannot find the Totality Core app in the app store:

1) Overseas or travelling outside of Australia?

Please note that the Totality App is not available in all countries.

If the app is not available in your country's app store, it means the app is not supported in your region and cannot be used.

Currently the Totality Core app is only supported in Australia and parts of New Zealand.

2) System Requirments

Please ensure your device meets the platform's system requirements to be eligible for use.

3) Search ' Totality'

Please ensure you search for 'Totality' in the app store and not 'Totality Core'
