Why is my screen blank when I tap "Trade" in the Totality Core app?

If you're seeing a blank screen when tapping "Trade" in the Totality Core app, there's no need to worry. For some customers, this feature is not yet visible because we are currently updating our systems to securely link your trading account with the Totality Core app and trading portal.

In the meantime, you can still trade using the following platforms:

  • Visit edge.totality.com.au and log in with your Saxo User ID and password.
  • Continue using SaxoTraderGo, SaxoInvestor, or SaxoTraderPro with the same Saxo credentials.
