Why is Totality Apex not downloading or being blocked?

Some users with Windows 11 may find that the Totality Apex installer is blocked when trying to download the application. This is due to a standard Windows security feature that can flag files downloaded from the internet.

To resolve this issue, please follow the steps below:

1 - Open the "Downloads tab" in your browser where Totality Apex was downloaded (this is often located in the top-right corner of your browser window).

2 - Locate the Totality Apex installer file and right click -> "Show in Folder" then -> "Properties".

4 - In the General tab, scroll to the bottom of the window. If you see a security message stating the file came from another computer, tick the “Unblock” checkbox.

5 - Click Apply, then OK.

6 - Once completed, double-click the installer file to run the software.
