Dividends paid in cash are credited to your account on the pay date. However, if you choose to receive additional shares instead of cash, there may be a delay before the shares appear in your Open Positions.
This is because Totality must wait to receive the extra shares from our Custodian/Registrar before they can be credited to your account. The length of the delay will depend on the country in which the company is incorporated.
For example, for additional shares issued by a UK-listed company, a delay of approximately 20 days is standard before Totality receives the shares.
